Աղվեսն ու հովազը
Աղվեսն ու հովազը վիճեցին, թե իրենցից ով է ավելի գեղեցիկ: Հովազը հպարտ էր իր նախշավոր մորթիով, բայց աղվեսը նրան պատասխանեց.
— Ես քեզանից շատ ավելի գեղեցիկ եմ, քանի որ ոչ թե մարմինս է գեղեցիկ, այլ հոգիս է խելացի ու ճկուն:
Առակս ցուցանե, որ խելքի սիրունությունը ավելի լավ է, քան մարմնի գեղեցկությունը:

The fox and the leopard
The fox and the leopard argued, who is more beautiful. The leopard was proud of its pattern fur, but the fox said to it. “I’m more beautiful , than you, because not my body is nice, but my soul is clever and flexible.
My moral is, that the beauty of brain is better, than the beauty of body.
Կար չկար մի ծառ կար, որը չէր սիրում ոչ մեկին։ Մի անգամ նա ջրին ասաց.
-Ջուր, գնա, ես առանց քեզ էլ կարող եմ լինել գեղեցիկ և աճել։
Ջուրը ասաց․
-Լավ, կգնամ , դու էլ եղիր գեղեցիկ ու աճիր։
Ջուրը հեռացավ ծառից, որովհետև ծառը նեղացրեց ջրին։ Բայց դուք գիտեք, որ ծառը աճում է , երբ նրան ժամանակին են ջրում։ Այդ ժամանակ ծառը նկատեց հողին և ասաց․
-Հո՛ղ, հեռացիր դու ինձ պետք չես։ Իմ արմատները առանց քեզ էլ շատ լավ կաճեն։
Հողն էլ հեռացավ, և ծառը փոքրացավ և թոռոմեց։Այն ժամանակ էլ հասկացավ, թե ինչ օգտակար են ջուրն ու հողը իր համար։

The tree
There was a tree, who didn’t like anyone. Once he said to the water:
-Go away, water, I can be beautiful even without you.
-Ok I will, – said the water.
The water left, because the tree offended it.
But you know, that the tree grows up, when it is watered in time. Then the tree noticed the soil and said to it.
Go away, soil, I don’t need you! My roots will grow very well even without you.
The soil left, and the tree got small and withered. Than it understood the importance of water and soil. They are very useful for it.
